GENERAL DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY FOR ALL WorldConnect AG PRODUCTS
WorldConnect AG demands highest quality on all our products. Therefore, we guarantee the first-buyer for our products on possible material or manufacturing errors.
If we should discover upon inspection that a product has such a material or manufacturing error within the warranty period, we will repair, replace or reimbourse the product at our own discretion.
This warranty does not cover the following:
a. failure or damage resulting from misuse, accident, modification, improper maintenance;
b. failure due to events beyond WorldConnect AG’s control;
c. failure caused by a product for which WorldConnect AG is not responsible;
d. the first-buyer sells or gives the product to a third party
e. daily operation and wear
Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase date.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR ALL WorldConnect AG PRODUCTS:
Our products have been designed and manufactured to meet international safety standards but, like any equipment, care must be taken for safety to be assured.
WorldConnect AG shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss and/or damage caused by: fire; earthquake; accidental damage; intentional misuse of the product; use of the product in improper conditions; loss and/ or damage caused to the product whilst in the possession of a third party; any damage or loss caused as a result of the owner’s failure and/or neglect to follow the instructions set out in the owner’s manual; any loss or damage caused directly as a result of misuse or malfunction of the product when used simultaneously with associated equipment.
Furthermore, under no circumstances shall WorldConnect AG be liable for any consequential loss and/or damage including but not limited to the following: loss of profit, interruption of business,the loss or damage of computers, the loss of recorded data whether caused during normal operation or misuse of the product.
The information in the operation manual can be changed without prior notice. The manufacturer offers no promise or guarantee, either implicit or explicit, as to the accuracy or completeness of the operation manual.
The legal warranty is not affected from these regulations of warranty. Some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states/countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country.
